Access Cards, Activity Permits & Wild Cards

Visitors to Table Mountain National Park (Cape Point, Boulders, Silvermine, Tokai and Oudekraal) must either pay a Daily Conservation Fee or they may enter with their valid Wild Card or My Green Card.

Valid Activity Permits for special entry apply e.g. dog walking. Permits for specific recreational activities (dog walking, cycling, fishing, crayfishing, etc.) and/or permits for commercial purposes (special events, filming, photography, tour guiding, etc.) are not included when purchasing a Wild Card or My Green Card and must be obtained separately.

Activity Permit

An Activity Permit is required by individuals who make use of the Park to undertake a specific/variety of activities, over the period of a year or on a once-off daily basis.

Marine Species Access Permit

Marine Species Access Permit

Allows 12 entries into the Cape of Good Hope section of the park for the movement and introduction of specified marine resources through a national park for recreational purposes.

  • Currently, only the Tokai Sales Office is open for sales of My Green Card.
  • The Sales office is a cash-free environment and we only accept payments via debit and credit cards.
  • We are unable to assist clients during loadshedding. Please review the schedule for the City of Cape Town prior to arrival – the office is in Zone 8.
