EPWP Programme Employment Opportunity: 2 X Clerical Environmental Monitor

EPWP Employment opportunity currently exists for 2 X clerical Environmental Monitor within Groenkloof. The above-stated positions are a fixed-term contract up to the end of 31 March 2027. The appointed participant will be time rated as per Expanded Public Works Programme rate of R406 per day. Preference will be given to Women, Youth, and person with disability.

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 NQF Level 4.
  • Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 5).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HCM role and Administration.
  • Proficient in English and on other official languages with good written and verbal skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook etc).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadline and handle confidential matters.
  • Knowledge of HR legislation (BCEA, EE, LRA, Skills Development act, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic principles of Health & Safety.
  • Successful candidate will have to undergo medical test.
  • No criminal record.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection e.g: Capture CV applications for vacancies (shortlisting).
  • Assist with Coordination of induction.
  • Assist with consolidation of information for performance management.
  • Assist with admiration and employees information.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination, facilitation, and implementation of Learning and \Development.
  • Submit salary instruction to payroll.
  • Assist with UIF claims.
  • Assist with verification of monthly payment schedule.
  • Asist with capturing annual report and exit database.
  • Facilitate Human Capital Management.
  • Filing of HC documentation.

Salary
