  • I am open to different perspectives and willing to adjust my approach based on input from others.
  • I focus on achieving shared goals and prioritize teamwork over individual accomplishments.
  • I solicit feedback from others to identify areas for improvement.
  • I work with others to find creative and effective solutions when problems arise.

Transparency – I am transparent in my actions, decisions, and communications:

  • I keep others informed and share relevant information responsibly.
  • I involve relevant role-players in decision making.
  • I provide and accept honest and constructive feedback.
  • I communicate my views and expectations timeously.
  • I share learnings, successes, and failures.

  • I am brave enough to have difficult conversations because I understand that positive.
  • criticism builds relationships and allows for clear communication.

  • I do not resist change.
  • I think independently.
  • I listen to others’ ideas.
  • I encourage others to practice ideas for better ways to execute our day-to-day tasks.
