As a new year begins, SANParks continues its strategy to improve the quality of the guest experience! To do this, it is important to get the feedback from our guests. To facilitate customer feedback, we will be requesting that guests complete the Customer Feedback Form either in hard copy format or on the SANParks website. The web version is ready and guests are urged to share their experience with us.
Please complete one form per camp visited, per park. The hard copy version for those that do not have access to internet will be made available at all parks by 01 April 2007.
