SANParks therefore wishes to advise all bidders of the latest developments on the above Request for Bids (RFBs), which should be considered as legally binding.

  • As stated in the invitation to bid and in the bid documents, SANParks reserves the right to; cancel or reject any proposal and not to award the proposal to the lowest bidder or award parts of the proposal to different bidders, or not to award the proposal at all.

Bidders are therefore advised of the following:

  • There was a significant change in the requirements of the bid, resulting in the need for SANParks to review its specifications.
  • The above bid is thus CANCELLED with immediate effect.
  • The inconvenience caused as a result of this cancellation is thus regrettable.

SANParks is a corporate body established in terms of National Environmental Management; Protected Areas Act No 57 of 2003 as amended.
