Both young and those young at heart are invited to enjoy Mountain Zebra National Park’s end-of-year school holiday programme kicking off on Monday 3 December. While fun and adventure will be the order of the activities, participants will hardly realise they’re learning valuable lessons at the same time.
Besides the Conservation/entry fee payable upon arrival at the Park, all the activities will be free of charge with the exception of the game drives for the youngsters. Children between the ages of five and 13 will be able to go out into the Park at a reduced fee of only R60 per child from 11:30 to 13:30 between 3 and 14 December. A minimum of four and a maximum of 12 can be accommodated per game drive.
The programme runs for two weeks, starting at 11AM in the Conference room daily – with each day assigned its own fun, yet educational theme. It is open to both guests checked in at the Park, as well as day visitors.
To register or for enquiries, please contact People and Conservation Officer, Miranda Moraba on 048 881 5722 or [email protected]. Parents will be required to sign indemnity forms before the children may participate in game drives – available at Reception. Programmes may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
