The 2025 theme, “It’s time to come out of your shell!”, sets the tone for a vibrant celebration featuring mouth-watering oysters, a lively atmosphere, and an action-packed line-up of sporting, cultural, and family-friendly events. From trail runs to taste tours, the Knysna Oyster Festival continues to be one of South Africa’s most iconic winter festivals.
