Post Office strike causes delays in card delivery
Due to the unprotected Post Office strike, we are experiencing Wild Card delivery delays around the Gauteng area. The Post Office”s Securemail services have put in contingencies to minimise the inconvenience.
In the absence of your card, you can still access our parks with your Wild Card confirmation letter plus proof of identity (your ID/Passport).
Last festive season we experienced high volumes of unclaimed Wild Cards from the Post Office. If you are expecting your Wild Card in the post, please ensure that you collect it in time to avoid it being returned to us uncollected.
