Park Management Plans: Notice to Kalahari Gemsbok- and Mountain Zebra National Park stakeholders
The purpose of the park management plan is to guide the future management of the respective National Parks for the period 2016 – 2026. The NEM:PAA requires that interested or affected persons be given the opportunity to comment on the plans.
Please note, you are required to register in order to participate in this process by accessing the SANParks website at www.sanparks.org/conservation/park_man/forms/reg_form.php. You can also register by telephone or post (see contact details below) and at the public information sessions.
Electronic versions of the management plans will be available on the SANParks website https://www.sanparks.org/conservation/park_man/draft_plans_public_comment.php on the following dates: 18 January 2016 for MZNP and 25 January 2016 for KGNP. Written comments are to be submitted either electronically or by mail, to André Spies by 26 February 2016 for MZNP and 4 March 2016 for KGNP. The plans can also be viewed at the following locations.
