Bontebok National Park Open To The Public Following Flood Damage
The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, David Maynier, visited the Bontebok National Park on 29 August 2026, to receive a briefing on...
“The intention is to capture new prospects while maintaining existing relationships with current clients. An exhibition in particular is a method through which the Park gets in touch with its clients, living up to our vision connecting to society”, said KNP”s GM: Communications and Marketing, William Mabasa.
On a monthly basis, the Park visits malls and other public areas in order to touch base with clients in their respective area so that their queries can be resolved at that level. This is a practice that the park has adopted many years ago as way of fostering the relationship with its neighbouring communities.
“In this time wherein the rhino poaching scourge is on the rise, it is important for KNP to keep tabs with its stakeholders; who will in return appreciate the efforts by joining forces with KNP to eradicate the pandemic,” said Mabasa.
KNP staff members Sinna Mphatse (front) and Tinyiko Mayinga interact with clients during one of the mall outreach.
