Kruger National Park calls on retired rangers for World Ranger Day commemoration

Kruger National Park (KNP) will join the nation and the rest of the world to commemorate the Annual International Ranger Day on July 31, 2019. KNP Management is therefore calling on retired KNP rangers to register so they can be part of the celebration.

This day is set aside worldwide to acknowledge the people who have dedicated their lives fighting for the safety of our wild animals and conservation altogether, and to pay homage to those who have paid the ultimate prize while on duty.

All the details and logistics such as transport, pick-up points, and accommodation will be communicated as the date comes closer.

For registrations please contact your nearest ranger section or call Setty Mongwaketse on 013 735 4384 during working hours (07:00-16:00). Please have the following information ready: name, contact details, alternative contact, and the village you come from.
