I purchased the new Wild Card at a reserve a few months ago, but I haven’t received my card yet. What is the reason for the delay?

We are not posting out any Wild Cards as we are currently in a process of introducing a digital version. The digital card is more environmentally friendly and will assist in transitioning to contactless transactions as a safety measure post the Covid-19 pandemic. In the meantime, the Confirmation Letter plus valid proof of Identification will be sufficient in gaining entry at the parks
