Troubleshooting

I purchased a new Wild Card membership a few months ago, but I haven’t received any copies of Wild Magazine.

The plastic cards have been discontinued, and we have transitioned to a digital (virtual) card. These will be emailed to you upon purchasing your Wild Card.

I purchased a Wild Card at a reserve a few months ago, but I haven’t received my card yet. What is the reason for the delay?

The plastic cards have been discontinued, and we have transitioned to a digital (virtual) card. These will be emailed to you upon purchasing your Wild Card.

The digital card is more environmentally friendly and will assist in transitioning to contactless transactions as a safety measure post the COVID-19 pandemic. In the meantime, the Confirmation Letter plus valid proof of Identification will be sufficient to gain entry to the parks.

If there is an error on my Wild Card (it does not reveal the number of persons covered by the Wild Card type, cluster or expiry date). How can I correct this?

The digital card shows the main member’s details as well as the expiry date. The purchase Confirmation Letter will contain the main member and beneficiaries’ details.

I had a Wild Card some years ago and want to join again. Do I need to renew my old card?

The old Wild Card is no longer valid, so simply purchase a new subscription.

Can I link my accommodation reservation with my Wild Card?

Yes, select the “No, we have Wild Cards” option when asked about adding Conservation Fees to your booking.
