Biodiversity Special Projects

The Biodiversity Special Projects (BSP) unit oversees the implementation of all BSP projects in the Kruger National Park.

Functions

• Planning, implementation and monitoring of all BSP projects within KNP
• Manage Human resources, training, mentoring and social activities within the projects
• Manage administration, finance and procurement required
• Auditing and technical advice for all projects in the cluster
• Communicate and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Monitoring of project deliverables according to APOs and Business plans
• Monitoring, evaluation, analysing and compiling of progress reports or all projects
