Briefing Session
A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at the Boardroom at Reception, Camdeboo National Park on 14 November 2024 at 11:00. Prospective tenderers who arrive later than 11:15 will not be allowed into the Clarification meeting.
Full tender documents will ONLY be available at the compulsory clarification meeting.
Bid Submission
Tenders in sealed envelopes marked clearly with the identification details: “Tender CI-GK-0168: The Upgrade of internal electrical infrastructure Camdeboo National Park: caravan camp site, tented camp site and independent power supply for Wintershoek Guesthouse, must be deposited ONLY in the tender box at the Tender Box, Reception, Camdeboo National Park on or before the stated closing date and time.
Tender Box is open during office hours 07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Friday only.
