Briefing Session

Bid submissions without attending the compulsory site meeting will not be accepted and therefore will be disqualified
NB: Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory. Bidders are required to arrive on time. A grace period of fifteen (15) minutes will be allowed from the scheduled time. No late arrivals will be permitted beyond this grace period, and bidders arriving after this time will not be allowed to participate in the briefing session. Failure to attend the briefing session within the prescribed timeframes will result in disqualification
