Media Release: Stevenson-Hamilton Knowledge Resource Centre’s temporary closure
“We apologise in advance to our guests, who have planned to visit the centre during this period, for any inconvenience. We have to do necessary maintenance on this building and request patience from everybody during this renovation phase at it will make the area a better place at the end,” said SANParks General Manager: Media, Events & Stakeholder Relations, Reynold Thakhuli.
Situated in Skukuza Rest Camp, Stevenson-Hamilton Knowledge Resource Centre boasts a vibrant reference library and a museum with artifacts from the KNP”s rich history. The Centre attracts a lot of researchers due to its specialised collection of books, periodicals, maps, photos, etc, which support research and other business activities of the park.
