Attention all SANParks customers

The server that hosts SANParks reservation data experienced technical problems yesterday, which resulted in a loss of some of the reservation data which was captured yesterday, 10 July 2006.

For our customers who had made a reservation in the last 36 hours, we would like to ask you to contact SANParks Central Reservations before the end of business today, 11 July 2006, so that we can recapture your reservation data.

We will also require you to fax your confirmation letter and receipt of payment (where applicable) to (+27 12) 3430905 / 343 2006, or e-mail them to [email protected]. Please preface all correspondence with yesterday’s date, and the reference: Proof of Reservation.

To our customers who would like to make a reservation today, please note that as a result of the server problems, all reservations made today will be treated as enquiries. Our call centre agents will take your details and we will be contact you within the next 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

Please also note that for today the availability page on the website will be disabled as the information captured will not be accurate.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this incident has caused and hope to resume normal operations by start of business tomorrow.
