Briefing Session

A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place on 19 November 2024 at 11:00. Prospective tenderers who arrive later than 11:15 will not be allowed into the Clarification meeting.

The physical address for the collection of tender documents and site clarification meeting is:
Boardroom at SANParks Parks Technical Services Offices, The Bridge Centre, 304 Durban Road, Lobby 2, 1st Floor, Bo-Oakdale, 7530, Cape Town.

Full tender documents will ONLY be available at the compulsory clarification meeting.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R 300-00 payable in CASH ONLY, is required on collection of the tender documents. There are no card facilities available.

Bid Submission

Bids must be submitted at the tender box is situated at the SANParks Parks Technical Services Offices The Bridge Centre, 304 Durban Road, Lobby 2, 1st Floor, Bo-Oakdale, 7530, Cape Town on or before the stated closing date and time.

Tender Box is open during office hours 07:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, only.
Email and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation issued.
