How To Apply

Briefing Session

A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at The Boardroom, Administration Building, Twee Rivieren, Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park on 26 June 2024 starting at 11:00 hrs. Site visits to the 3 main rest camps will be conducted on the following dates:

• 26 June – Twee Rivieren (directly after the clarification meeting)
• 27 June – Mata Mata and Nossob (departure from Twee Rivieren at 8h00)

It is suggested that one night’s accommodation is secured at Twee Rivieren Rest Camp inside the Park, as departure to the Mata Mata and Nossob sites will be at 8h00 on 27 June. Accommodation for the bidder’s account.

Tender documents will only be available on the 26 June 2024 at the compulsory site clarification meeting. SANParks representative will only sign the Site Clarification Attendance in the tender document on 27 June 2024 after the final site visit. Tenders submitted without the signature of the SANParks representative will be deemed non-responsive, disqualified and eliminated from the evaluation process.
The tender document is issued at a non-refundable fee of R300.00 cash only. No EFT facilities available.

Bid Submission

Tenders in sealed envelopes marked clearly with the identification details: “Tender No GNP=-18-24: 3 YEAR CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE & RENOVATIONS ON INFRASTRUCTURE IN KGALAGADI TRANSFRONTIER PARK, must be deposited in the tender box at the Bi-Lo Office no. 6, 9 Groenpunt Way, Upington, 8811 on or before the stated closing date and time.

Telephonic, email and late tenders will not be accepted.
