SANParks Research Report 2022/2023
The 2022/23 SANParks Research Report is a celebration of this work in support of SANParks’ mandate and social-ecological well-being. Together we continue to strive for excellence by caring, risking and dreaming, individually and together, while expecting the science function at SANParks to continue to be the productive yet nurturing and transformative ‘space’ that it is.
This report shares some of that diversity, and the value and beauty in that diversity of contributions, not only in what is done, but also in how differently individuals and groups have had influence in various spheres over the past year. This has been to both social and biodiversity facets of conservation, through practice, science and/or policy engagements.
