That will be most people's choice and reason, and I agree 200% with this as well. But I have 3 favourites, and I don't know how to choose! I will have to ponder this a little longer before I vote!

I voted for Kruger National Park.

I think the main reason for it being my favourite is because I can get there in about 4 hours. I love Kgalagadi, Karoo and Mountain Zebra National Parks, but they are a day or more travelling!

Kruger also has so many different eco zones, many different animals, birds, trees etc. One can never be bored in KNP!

Voted  Although it is difficult as all the SA National Parks are my favourite as they all are crucial for nature conservation. I have voted for the Kruger National Park.

Still need to visit all the others anyway!

I voted for Kruger. This is mainly because it offers such a wide diversity.

Mapungubwe and Mount Zebra would vie for second place.

All the parks have their own beauty, but it has to be Kruger for me, as that was my first National Park to visit many moons ago, and offers so much diversity!!!

It has never disappointed in all the 40+ years that I have been visiting.

I was also very impressed with KTP and MZNP when we visited them a few years ago...................but Kruger will always hold my heart. :k :k :k
Missing my beloved Kruger!!!

Oh what a tough one
Kruger because of its diversity of flora and fauna and its many ecosystems. It's the best place to visit when you travel 6,000 miles to see as much wildlife as possible in one visit. Sadly (for me), Kruger is getting very crowded. All very different from our first visit in 1988

However, KTP, Mokala and the Karoo are very close seconds, for the sheer beauty, remoteness and conservation of rarer species.

I would just love to spend 6 months visiting all the Sanparks because they each have their own place in the conservation of the flora and fauna.

Maybe a poll for second preference might be possible  :k

Nice suggestion umtali1,I am sure Hilda will consider posting a Poll...which is your second favourite SAN PARKS to visit and why and would you recommend self catering accommodation provided or camping?
