Upgrading a WILD CARD

Unread post by kallis1786 »

Hi Everyone :gflower: :gflower: :gflower:

Hope everyone is well.

I got a quick question if someone will be able to assist, What is the procedure of UPGRADING a Wild Card?

I got a friend who recently got married, which makes me to think soon I have to get married as well  , but anyway as far as Wild Card is concerned, he has an individual card and he wants to add his Mrs onto his card. Is there anyway for him to add his wife while the card is still valid? or does he have to wait for the card to expire, and add her while renewing?

Thanking everyone in Advance :gflower:

Kind Regards

Hi Kallis
Your friend will not be able to add his wife to his individual card. He will need to buy a new couples card for them both. If he needs it before his current singles card has expired, he could ask for a refund, but I am not sure that he will get one.

Let me know if you need any further help.

Hi Aunt Val.

Thank You so much for your reply. Really appreciate it.

I guess so. Let's see how it goes. His card expires in Dec. so I'll just advice him to wait

Hi Kallis
Yes if his card expires in December, and he and his wife are not visiting before that, then the simple thing is they just buy a couples card the next time they are due to visit a park.

Good luck with your wedding plans!!!!!  :gflower:
