Hi all,

Maybe a strange question.
Can we use all our European AC power plugs in the sockets in Kruger or only the Euro plug(the flat one) ? :hmz:
During our last trip in Kruger we couldn't use them in all the Rest Camps

Thank you all for your help

You will need one of the readily available adaptors but those can be used.

How do the metal plugs look like?
Did you buy it in the stores in South Africa or at a Rest Camp in KNP?

Richard
Taken from How to book So basically more than 30 days, no cancellation fees.
Cancellations:
 Percentage is calculated on the client’s total reservation cost payable.
 Cancel within 30 to 15 days before arrival - 25%.
 Cancel within 14 to 7 days before arrival – 50%.
 Cancel within 6 days and less – 100%.
 If the arrival date of the itinerary is postponed prior to or on date of arrival and then cancelled at a later stage, the
fees that applied at the time of amendment will be enforced if the amount is greater than the new cancellation fees.
 Modifications:
 For downgrading of a reservation when a deposit has been paid, percentage is calculated on the difference:
 Modify within 30 to 15 days before arrival – 25%.
 Modify within 14 to 7 days before arrival – 50%.
 Modify within 6 days and less – 100%.
 When modifying the arrival date to an earlier date, no modification fees will be charged, unless the total cost is
decreased and the arrival date before the modification fell inside the 30-day period.
 If the arrival date of the itinerary is postponed prior to or on date of arrival and then cancelled at a later stage, the
fees that applied at the time of amendment will be enforced if the amount is greater than the new cancellation fees.
** There are no cancellation or modification fees charged on conservation fees but day permit booking fees are nonrefundable.

Thanks you for the reply. It states up to 30 days and no longer. Does this mean if I cancel with 3/4 moths before arrival then I would be charged @25% hope that make sense
