Re: A BIT OF A TARADIDDLE (OQ)
I'm finding myself on the S118 around Ampie se Boorgat. I have read that Ampie was a stoker on the railways
and S comes after R, after 0 twice gives me 1 1?, 10 minsus 2 gives me 8 = S118?

Re: A BIT OF A TARADIDDLE (OQ)
I going with Ampie se Boorgat being the spot
Sneaky?
Quenching their thirst but You are not There - Animal drinking spot
Stoker on the Railways - Ampie Espag was a stoker on the Railways
Comes after R, After o Twice, 10 minus 2 and then you are in the Dirt or Dust - S118 a dirt road
You do not Slake when Thirsty
Trouble Maker? - Referring to Tsotsi (meaning sneaky, trouble maker, skelm)? A Tusker named in memory of Ampie Espag who was know by the name Tsotsi because of his cheeky ways

Place
A man for the traditional
Beneath the trees where nobody sees
They'll hide and seek as long as they please
Front teeth that grow and grow
Look for two S’s and an L then approximately in half
Something representing the best of its kind from the past

Hi everyone. It has been a while
Trusting that this year will be filled with awesome sightings for you that venture into the parks,
and for those that stay at home ... may you enjoy their tales and photos.
Wow Grantmissy. You do seem to think up superb taradiddles.
Rather rusty but let me try my hand at this ....
They'll hide and seek as long as they please
Front teeth that grow and grow
Look for two S’s and an L then approximately in half
Does this refer to squirrels - two S's and a L and they have teeth that grow continuously.
If you take the word squirrels and divide appoximately in half - then maybe the word SQUIRE?

Hi Gypsy
It is good to "see" you
May you also have a perfect 2017 and many pleasant visits to the Sanparks.
No Gypsy
it does not refer to squirrels.
Tip: The S and L refer to place names.

Another tip:
Think Big for this clue: Front teeth that grow and grow . Probably more than a thousand hares, mice and squirrels.

Re: A BIT OF A TARADIDDLE (OQ)
Are the two S's maybe Shingwedzi and Satara?
Then maybe the L is Letaba?
And maybe the teeth are the tusks of elephants?
Could it possibly be the Elephant Hall Museum at Letaba?

Yes Gypsy it is an Elephant
- The teeth clue.
But not the Elephant Museum in Letaba
Yes Gypsy Satara is one of the place names starting with an S
, but the other place name is not Shingwedzi
.
The L is not Letaba
Your thinking is going in the right direction Gypsy
