I looked into the effect of Drones on wildlife under various circumstances and at video taken from drones of wildlife and in every instance, as soon as the drone moved into what the animal or bird considered its safety perimeter the animals fled as did the birds. so their use is very limited and only at a distance, they are banned in South Africa under the aviation act and the parks are also declared no fly security zones so using one could be very detrimental to your stay in the park and your wallet and time spent in court being prosecuted.
