Reservations not viewable

Hello,

I am having a persistent problem when logging in and clicking on view my reservations. It seems if I use a different device it’ll see them one time and then after that it keeps looping back to log in. I’ve sent a message afew times and followed instructions but nothing works. New/different browsers, clearing cookies, history, cache still nothing. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to modify or add reservations without emailing and also losing the web discount.
