Walks and Medical Forms

Unread post by FSOL »

We read that medical forms were required for people over 65 to go on walks. Perhaps it is long hikes, rather than a short morning walk at the camps? Does anyone have information as to whether medical forms are required for these short walks? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum FSOL

If you particpate in any of the guided walks from the camps and over 65
You will just need to take a doctors letter along, stating that you are medically fit, to participate on the 3 hour walk.
The guides will usually take into account the ages of the group and tailor it to some extent to suit but it has to be so all 8 walkers enjoy it.

Have a read through the topic we have on Info on walks taken from camps
Take time each day to be with nature
