Reservation issues

Unread post by vinkie »

Good morning,

We are trying to book our next trip to Kruger.

We have Sanparks One Account and Client code but when I go to the reservations page I have to sign in again and my account details aren’t available?

We have an International Wild Card.

Please help…

Yes, I get redirected to that page to sign in to make a reservation.
Do I have to sign up again? Make a new client code?

Hi vinkie,

No need to sign up again.

Use your email address linked to your One Account and the password you chose.

Vinkie, does it allow you to do a Password reset?

Just trying to determine whether the problem is with your email address or Password.

Then I would do a Password reset. login and do my transactions.

Please let me know whether this works.
