No answer from SAnparks to booking request

I tried to get in contact with SAnparks for booking a game drive but I get no answer unfortunately.

I am waiting for 10 days now. Has anybody an idea what I could try else?

Did you check your spam folder? Reservation emails do end up there frequantly.
