Hi
Off to Kruger again in 2 weeks (COVID conditions pending).... does anybody know what the gluten-free food sold in the park camps and restaurants might be - or should we stock up outside the Park? (entry via Malelane gate)?
Gluten Free Food in Kruger
Re: Gluten Free Food in Kruger
Hello Karacal,
I always bring my own bread into the Park. But most of the Time we make Braai with Vegetables and or Salad,
If you go in Restaurant i always order a Steak with French Fries. For Breakfast in the Restaurant i bring also my own bread and im sure if you ask that the Staff can Toast it im sure they will do it.
At Malelane Superspar you will find sure Gluten Free Products what you can bring into the Park. I never found gluten free products in the Park but i dont miss anything there. You can eat Nuts, dry Fruits, Biltong ect....
