Camp laundry facilities

Unread post by BrawlerO »

Why so limited? Even main camps only have 1 or 2 washing machines- I would love to take less luggage and be able to rely on doing some laundry mid-trip but there are just not enough machines at present.

Leppard10 , did you send a mail to [email protected] with the details of which camps and when you found no machines operational?
I do hope so.

Is that really helpful? I thought every camp managed for itself?
Today in Skukuza, not one working maschine, all out of order.
I think they have no interest to repair it.

Yes!

There can be many reasons why machines take longer to get repaired, sourcing spares, supply chain being just two of them and I understand it can cause frustration.

There is nothing wrong in also going to the camp reception and reporting it to the hospitality manager who could have more info for you in that regard but by letting customer care know, it is then directed to the correct department and a follow up action is then initiated.

All general complaints are to be emailed to : [email protected]
Members can also take the following steps:
- Fill in the Guest feedback form (all the data gets stored in a database and is analyzed on a "global" scale once month.
The main goal is to establish which parks/camps are managed well and which not, and put appropriate measures with management where necessary.) https://bit.ly/33PsIM0
