Walking on Lions Head with Corona

Unread post by o-dog »

Hi there,

According to the latest rules it seems there will be hiking allowed on Table Mountain etc under lockdown level 3? Which is tom.
1) Could SANParks confirm this?
2) either way it seems a lot of people will be walking tomorrow and my worry is Lions Head. Will it be managed to not allow too many people to go up at once? Because the narrow paths and the numbers it gets shows it will be chaotic.

Thanks very much for your reply.

If anyone has connection to TMNP staff it would be great if they could be aware of this before tomorrow otherwise will give them a shout.

Thanks again

I do not have a connection to TMNP staff on a Sunday, O-dog.
They hopefully are aware of this.
Thanks for your question and your concern :gflower:
