Cancelling - Postponing a Reservation

OK, so how many postponements would that be in total if this current one is allowed?

This is the response I have received back from SANParks.

Our time to cancel with no penalty arrives at the end of January but could we wait a bit longer and be able to postpone our trip...again....with no penalty.?
