Good day all,
I'm new to the forum, just registered today. Glad to be here.
We saw this beautiful very relaxed boy during a very recent trip to KNP.
He seems to be missing the "fingers" on his trunk.
I was wondering if perhaps he is one of the current or emerging tuskers in KNP. Any assistance with his identification would be greatly appreciated?
I can PM the location details if necessary Rosemary
Thanks

Re: Identification Help – Tuskers
Hi JBPhoto69 and a warm welcome to the forums.
Not one of the current emerging tuskers. His tusks are still on the small side to qualify him as one.
A lovely sighting with great shots. A perfect set of photos for an ID
You are welcome to send me the location via PM. It will be interesting to see if the have been any other sighting of him.
It must have been interesting to watch him cope without his "fingers"
