Wild card for a couple, thank

Unread post by MelissaCombs »

This is an important question: What does SANParks mean by "a couple"? :Horn:

English is not my native language, I was taught at school in English, a couple means two (anything two), is it an opinion shared by SANParks?

I will go to Kruger next August with my daughter and I want to buy a wildcard first, so can I do with "couple" or do I need to buy "family"?

Thank you for your help!
Thanks for helping!

Hi MelissaCombs

Welcome to the forums :gflower:

A couple card is for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. So yes, you can purchase a couple card for you and your daughter

Just to add to Rose's post for other members' information.

1.The 2 adults do not need to be spouses/partners, in fact they don't even have to be related.

They can of course be spouses/partners, siblings, cousins, etc, but can also just be friends/acquaintances.

2.Any 2 adults can apply, as long as both names are recorded during the application, though only one name will go on the card.

3.These names cannot be changed until the card is due for renewal after 1 year.

4.Either named person can visit without the other one, but cannot take another person in on their card.
