Definite improvements in service

Since I last visited three years ago. Lots of smiles. With the exception of a bit of an attitude from a woman in reception in Shinwedzi everyone was so pleasant
I would like to single out two people though
Josephina/ Josefina( ?sp) the housekeeper for our unit (A5) in Shinwedzi
Always smiling. A lovely person .And one morning after we got back from our drive we came back to a very special presentation. We had already pushed the beds together but she added that special touch that I’ve never experienced in Kruger . I will post a photo

Secondly , the manager at Punda( a lovely little camp) who went above and beyond in trying to make our tent baboon proof. Garth responded promptly , was very helpful with suggestions and was a great storyteller regarding his many years in the park
Kudos to them both!
