The photos as promised -
We start the day very early by assisting Mads to feed the Rhinos and Buffalo. Sekhmet was on the bakkie with Mads and I was tagging along in my car.
We drove to Otter Bridge where we found the Buffalos. Some of the Buffalo calves were dipped as well. Mads and Sekhmet at the bakkie.
On our way to find the Rhinos, we came across a vulture being harassed by crows. Vultures are not supposed to be in Rietvlei!! From there we fed some of the rhinos.
After the brunch that ended quite late, we decided to take a drive along the Vlei route to the coffee shop looking for the Cheetah and her cups. We found them and LOTS of cars in the road. We then stopped at the coffee shop and took our pics from behind the fence as the Cheetahs were very near the road. Unfortunately the light was very bad, but we could take passible pics. The Donkeys at the coffee shop were standing all against their camp fence, ears up, looking at the cats.
