I messed up and didn't notice the conservation fees were included in my booking. I have 3 bookings and only one had conservation fees for final payment. We intend to purchase a wild card so I asked for a refund for the conservation fees. I received an email that said a refund would be granted that was about 2 weeks ago. I am out of country so that may be a complicating factor. Thanks look forward to the visit despite the drought.

We had a refund made just about 2 years ago and were told that it was only done in batches, twice in a month. Beginning and Middle I seem to remember. If you just missed one batch, your refund will be with the next.
