Chat and fun around the camp fire

Unread post by Meandering Mouse » Mon Jul 25, 2016 4:55 am

Good morning to all the mites and good morning to a new working week.

One of my industrius cats presented me with a mouse for breakfast.....twice. It was waiting next to my slippers.

The kettle is boiling and I did a really good Maggies shop. There is fresh farm cream, and/or milk. Ginger and honey tea for any sickies out there. I also bought more yummy rusks, farm made and waiting to be devoured.

We had rather a lot of wind last night. It seems mild this morning though. I will have to wait for the sun to rise before I see if there is a promise of rain.

I do wish you all a super day and productive week. :gflower:

Morning all! Tea and ginger bics in the caravan with bush view.

Up earlier than expected because of a bit of activity vehicle-wise......turned out to be only the morning drive and then another vehicle arriving to collect 2 more guests for a walk, but I kept hearing the gate squeak. No point in going back to bed after investigating.

Very brief light shower of rain around 5am

Good morning MM thank you for the early morning farm made refreshments. I will have the ginger and honey tea for this cold that I have. GEJ it is great about the very brief light shower of rain. Every bit helps. Billy this year time is going by quickly :hmz: . Keep warm Trrp. Nkulu we indeed have a heavy blanket of dark clouds this morning. Good morning everybody else. May all have a pleasant Monday and week :gflower: . Travel safely Papa Smurf. I hope the extra bottle of soeters for the cold is safely and securely packed in your suitcase. Enjoy

Good morning everyone

Heavily overcast here. Had some light rain during the night.
Been reading that snow is falling in KZN and North Eastern Cape. A couple of mountain passes already closed.

We off to port Alfred this morning for a business appointment so need to rise and shine.

Have a great day.

Very healthy (!?) brekkie......fruit salad cheap from PnP yesterday made into a smoothie with some ice-cream and milk.......delicious. Not quite the right thing for a cool morning......but who cares.
