A big THANK YOU David Molobi

Unread post by Dikkes » Wed May 23, 2012 8:40 pm

Hi all,
Well i received the best service that one can hope for from David Molobi of Letaba. I had a problem with my booking for July at Letaba. I phoned central reservations but got nowhere very fast. I then phoned David, and within 30 min. it was sorted and i had my booking the way it was supposed to be. He went out of his way to help me and was very professional.

Thank you very much David. Hope to meet you when we get there.

Metsi-Metsi rangers

Unread post by gjorgi » Sun May 27, 2012 11:17 pm

Hi there everyone, just came back from doing the Metsi-Metsi wilderness trail and of course it was fantastic. I also feel that EVERYONE should know that Phillip Gumede (assistant trails ranger) and Andre Mabunda (trails ranger) deserves the highest praise for their knowledge, friendlyness, amazing sense of humour and utter proffesionalism while conducting the trail. Ernesto the cook also deserves a mention for the excellent food and constant smiles!! Please convey my and the rest of the groups' appreciation and good wishes to these three kruger park assets!!!

Went down to the local path lab on Tuesday & got chatting to the sister who runs it.
They had just come back from holiday.

They stayed at Bontebok, Storms River, Addo, Mountain Zebra, and Camdeboo and she was very, very impressed with SanParks.

Her comments : well organised, clean, friendly well trained staff, a pleasure to stay at

She'll certainly be recommending SanP in future -- and staying there again

I am perpetualy surprised and delighted with my experiences.

Having started to visit the smaller parks, it amazes me how wealthy we are in beauty and diversity. If I see the Sanparks logo, I have expectations of commitment, discovery and magic. My heart rate goes up as franticaly as it does at a Woolies sale

It even happens when I have to go to Groenkloof.

When I was younger and the focus was on entertainment for children, we would often go to places a lot more luxurious.... pools... green lawns.. sporting facilities... Now that I can focus on what I truly love, my rediscovery of Sanparks is my coming home.

Yip, thanks to all the guardians of our greatest treasures.

Thanx Bonnie, Central reservations

Unread post by weesy » Fri Jun 01, 2012 10:09 am

I just want to say a huge thnak you to Bonnie, Central reservations. I was devastated this am to wake up, watch all day and then find the accomodation we wanted at Lower Sabie for May 2013 GONE!!. Couldnt beleive it. Anyway phoned reservations spoke to Bonnie and she gave me alternative camps with similar chalets. Ten minutes all sorted booked and paid for. Just received my confirmation via email.

U hear so many negative stories but really i have to say, and even tho we book from Oz, we have NEVER had a negative experience.

Huge thanx to a very friendly Bonnie and Sanparks.
