Giraffe Kangaroo and bear were having tea
Asked Bear of Giraffe, "What's your fee?"
With a broad grin Giraffe replied
"I'm free if you'll be my bride."
Naad Kangeroo said "and what about me"

MM was off to the cricket in a bus
"WRINKLES
Something other people have,
similar to my character lines

MM was off to the cricket in a bus
She wont be late so there will be no fuss
She'll orchestrate the win
Which will not be a sin
Unless the opposition choose to cuss

The All New Limericks Thread
Mr Octopus was on the seabed
With tentacles swirling all about
The others ducked their heads in case they got a clout!
For Mr Octopus was multi-tentacularly bred

A hippo wallowed in the mud
When suddenly there was a loud thud
A UFO landed on the bank
It was very wet and muddy...so it sank
And, later, an alien was seen chewing the cud

A cheetah was going to the movies
With one of the local ladies
And the movie on herbivores
was so boring for the carnivores
and only gave them the hungries

There's trouble afoot the Ostrich said
It looks like the lions want to be fed
In the long grass they are prowling (little edit)
You can hear their tummies growling
So Ostrich hid under his bed

Little squirrel moved quickly on the grass
when he met a lady squirrel who made a pass
He puffed himself out to show off his tail
He strutted around as only can a male
Sadly he realised her family was from the upper class

Tortoise was struggling up the hill
He'd forgotten to take his energy pill
Along came big brother and gave him a shove
Hopefully that help was really enough
and they didn't come down ala Jack and Jill

The cubs were squabbling
And the dickybirds were singing
Daddy lion just wanted some peace
Growl Growl when would this noise ever cease
a lot of little necks he felt like wringing

A termite, on his hill
Aardvark spotted him and got quite a thrill
Lunch was good.. he devoured every morsel
and for pud had apple strudel
But over indulged and became ill

Mrs Zebra was admiring her beautiful stripes
but Mrs Leopard preferred spots and said "cripes"
Miss Lion licked her lips and said to herself
"They'd all look better on my larder shelf"
"and put an end to my hungry family's gripes"

The hyena watching through the fence...
There was movement inside the tent...
Take aways already in plastic
Boerewors, potatoes, and boiled Tastic
The occupants spotted him and became tense...

Mr Lion gave a mighty roar..
That shook the place to its very core
And the whole lion family stood to attention
He then added he had just one question
"Why is frost known as hoar?"
