Hi

This raptor seen near Skukuza on 25th Oct. Would appreciate help in identifying. My first impression because of the size was a Wahlberg. Thanks

Thanks Wildtuinman and Ladybirder. The puffed up chest and resultant neck disappearing did create a doubt, but thanks again for confirming

Ok, here are a couple of raptor testers and to make matters worse some of them were soaked in the rain! All taken over the weekend around Shimuwini.

Hi All, Could you possibly identify this pird of prey, being pestered by a Fork-tail drongo.

Sorry about the back view as the bird then flew away before I could get a better photo.

Tough one.

When was the photo taken?

Most probably a Wahlberg's Eagle fluffed up in the early morning.
