Heksie you are IT again.

That is the reason they are primeraly found in the north. The camps they were kept in to breed before releasing them are in the huge human free area north of Shingwedzi.
Not in Kruger.... Busy planning the next trip...

Fact/myth

It is common to see bee eaters on the back of the kori bustard where they hawk insects from.

Fact, but they will eat any small rodents or lizards they can kick to kingdom come.

Myth. The secretary bird does eat snakes, but many other living things too. So, snakes is not its main diet.
