WildThing, there were at least 5 at the Tihongonyeni waterhole on the Capricorn loop, north east of Mopani.

I also added African Quailfinch an White-fronted Plover to my Kruger list - 329.

I added Blue-mantled Crested Flycatcher, Bar-throated Apalis and Squacco Heron this past weekend. My total now 327.
22-26 Dec 2017: Marakele
26-31 Dec 2017: Mapungupwe

A short trip to Southern Kruger produced 10 more species for my list, new total 311. :dance:

Wow Skopsie, the Flycatcher and the Apalis are two massive ticks for Kruger. Where did you get them??!?

Osprey, White-fronted Plover, African Yellow White-eye, Bohm's Spinetail, Fiscal Flycatcher, Temminck's Courser, African Quailfinch, Lesser Honeyguide.

Hi WTM

I got them both in Letaba camp. I think the flycatcher is typical winter movements along the riparian zones.

We were in Letaba on Thursday.

Only manage to find African Paradise Flycatcher. Where in Letaba did you get the Blue-mantled Crested-Flycatcher and Bar-throated Apalis so that I can kick myself? :slap:

Saw a Greater Flamingo from Matambeni hide near Letaba on Saturday, my Kruger total now up to 396 :)
There's never a reason to shout at someone unless they are in imminent danger!

Total on 351.
