Sightings Tracker for the IPAD / IPhone

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anybody knows of a sightings tracker app for the IPAD or Iphone, im going to the KNP soon and was hoping for such an app...

I have downloaded the following app, but it wasnt what i was looking for (or i dont know how to use it) :
2016 Kruger National Park:
12-14 March 2016: Satara
14-16 March 2016: Lower Sabie
17 March 2016: Berg-en-Dal

Sorry Aardvark, I don't know of such an app but would be interested in it also.

On more or less the same topic ( sorry 4 hi-jacking the thread ), does anyone know whether Sasol birds or a similar bird guide app is available for the iphone/ipad?

Try this website, just maybe you could be lucky.

I use this here in the U.K
It allows you to record point (waypoints) and give them custom names. They appear as pins on a map.

You can then download the points onto your computer into google earth. Or you can download the points as a spreadsheet which shows the lat and long of each point.

I don't think there is one.

However. Try typing in #kruger or #krugerpark on Twitter if you are on it and there's lots of apps for Twitter so access is easy.
You'll find regular reports on Kruger sightings by one or two Twitter users that could be helpful? See if it looks promising and then follow them. Sightings should show up in your timeline.

That's what I'll do when I visit in January. :whistle:
