Welcome MM. It looks like we have a full house now.

Got an E-Mail from Bert. :D

SANPARKS are aware of this plan and we are now trying to get final approval to book out the entire camp.

Houston, we are go for launch in "T" mius Four hundred and plenty days.

I will update the list shortly and add the intrepid mouse.

Oh, and Terry, who is going to clean up around camp? Like there will be dishes to wash and other junk to do. Don't worry too much because my SO will bring me all my beers.

On the name thing. I like the name, but another option is "Balule Bushcleaners."

I'm told that wardrobe may be sorted. We will all have to get "T" Shirts with Balule Bush(whatever) on the back, and your "login" on the front. (Hope we can fit MEandering Mouse on the front of one of them. The mouse is rather petite.

Saves me a lot of space in my luggage. One "T shirt for the whole weekend. Who knows, maybe Terry does a good washer woman thing too. :D

RoberT, you are down for the weekend bud. Long time to plan your life and make it happen. Just pay your non refundable deposit and if you can't make it, we'll auction your site to the highest bidder. (all procceds to the Bunnyhugger brain transplant fund. oops, How did that get there???? supposed to read SANPARKS anti Poaching fund.)

I think this is a worthy cause to support. Do I hear a second? All in favour say "Aye".

Hey Glen.

Dig your new signature dude.

Just received a PM from Bert again. Apparently the camp is going to be booked exlusively for us come easter 2011.

What we need to know is how many will be there on Thursday already. I plan to be, but I guess many of you will only arrive Friday.

Please let me know so we can pass on the info to Bert.

And then while we are about it, lets give the man a big round of applause.

<Insert big round of applause here>

Well done Bert. You're our champ!  <another big round of applause here>

Wallo (That would be the wallowing Rhino), I hope he (that would be Scips) did some cleaning up in preparation for next years Easter weekend. You know, like a bit of a warm-up.

Welcome on Board wart hog. I take it you have read the thread and made this application based on what is really going to go down? So how did you find us?

EDIT: List updated

I'm looking forward to seeing wallo wearing a new brand of spectacles. It's going to look spectacular. Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahaha.

T lady, get us a price for the T's we can haggle. I'm sure we can flog them to all the mites for the weekend at enormously inflated prices so we can give more to SANPARKS. Nah, seriously, we need to come up with ideas. I thought yello because of the forum. It is also very visible. The colour we can debate, and we need to have something printed on it. Logon name, and something to do with what we represent that weekend. I'm sure we will all subscribe to the "T" shorts for at least a day or two until we get to know whos who.

Wallo will be easy to recognise. He be the one wearing a bike.

Ok, Bert was going to get us exlusivity for the weekend and it looks like this is not going to happen.

Please go ahead and make your bookings to ensure your spots.

I will be going to make my booking very soon.

Bert......... where are you....... we neeeeed exclusivity. Please get Sanparks to reserve the camp for us. Just now the mites who dont book quickly will lose there places to non forumites.

and we would hate our behaviour to give the forums a bad name if others were there

Dear campers
I have great news
You are going to collect litter on the banks of the Olifants river
But i need a volunteer from the campers to take it upon him/herself to be the front man/woman on behalf of the campers
A bit silly if i do it all from my computer, without being there with you
Seems that BH does not answer my emails
(Hope he is okay)
But we need to get in touch with Olifants next week
Otherwise the cleanup might not happen and it i wont be happy, after having the backup of SANparks
And the task is simple.
Talk to Phuti and decide which day is best for both parties involved.
So please post over here or send me a email if you want to volunteer for this unique easy task
Thanks for the correspondence below. We at Olifants are willing to be part of this arrangement and we will assist with the open bakkie and a trailer as we do not have a truck. Keep us posted with specific dates.

Kind Regards

Phuti Namethe (Mr.)
Hospitality Services Manager

Olifants Camp- KNP
