Here's yet another butterfly that I need ID help for. Again seen in my garden in Darling in October 2011.

arks,
The most obvious bfly shown is Junonia hierta, common name "Yellow Pansy". The orange one to the right is very difficult to see the entire underwing, but look at Byblia ilithyia, common name "Common Joker or Spotted Joker" and see what you think. (The vague brown one....can't tell, sorry.)

I googled a bit and I think that the 'vague brown one' is the female yellow pansy :D

Arks, #1 is an African Monarch, form transiens.

#2 is a Yellow Pansy.

#3 is a Blue Pansy.
