Hi Ramkrish,
1. Print out your confirmed res forms or alternately write down your reservation #'s including the extra one you have just made if different to your original one as you will need it for access to the park, including the rest of your group if travelling separately who will also need the res #'s.
2. I see the tariff up to the 31st Oct 2016 is listed as R4.300 but does get increased from the 1st Nov 2016 so I am assuming the extra amount is due to the increase for next year.

Your thoughts please

Olifants Trail - The departure point is from Letaba Rest Camp. will be why Letaba is mentioned.

You can do it online  Did you book online?

Or you can email reservations to change it for you. reservations@sanparks.org

I have a similar situation, there are 6 people on my reservation all adults. We are travelling from the US. I am travelling with someone who can't do Wilderness trail so we opted for a Bushveld camp. We will reunite with the group at Mopani but those doing the Wilderness trail will arrive at Mopani the day before I arrive at Mopani. I am assuming they can check in without me? Should I call the camp and let them know? PS 1 month before I leave for ZA can't wait, hope the flowers are coming along on the Cape. 2 weeks in the Cape including West Coast National Park and 3 weeks in Kruger, beyond excited.

Should not be a problem R2R - in whose name will the Wild Card be in? Just do as Elsa suggested and print your reservation confirmation and give those booking in before you a copy too. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in the park. If it is worrying you, no harm to send an email.

So excited for you!

Please can anyone advise if the industrial action by staff at outsourced restaurants at Satara, Oliphants and Letaba has been resolved. We arrive at Satara late afternoon on Saturday 23rd July after a 12 hour car trip and were really hoping to be able to have a meal at Mugg and Bean. SANParks emailed us two days ago and said there was industrial action at the outsourced restaurants mentioned above. Any update would be greatly appreciated.

I read somewhere that the industrial action at Satara was over and agreement had been reached. Maybe phone the camp before arrival and check.

No additional charges Derick, but just print out a copy of the reservation confirmation so you each have a copy for the gate.

So am I right in thinking that you can contact the camp to reserve a specific unit?

I am coming for 5 nights in January and would love to be able to 'influence' my unit location.

I have

BD3 for 1 night in Skukuza
BD2V for 2 nights at Satara
BA3U for 2 nights at Berg en Dal

Any suggestions as to specific units to request?

That is correct Requesting specific accommodation but do remember its not a given but they do try their best and if you contact them early enough one usually does get the chosen unit.
