We stayed in a bungalow in March and again in May this year and didn't see any cockroaches.
so its possible the problem with them has been addressed.

I camped at BnD last year Aug2015 and the ablution blocks where I was staying was fine. Admittedly outdated, but everything was in working order and neat.

Going back to BnD in Dec2016 for 10 days. So looking forward to it. And yes, definitely camping again. The little one loves it.

Eish, 86 days and counting :wall:

Hi Everyone.

I wanted to ask a question with regards to additional person in the bungalows.

I am Booked for 2 nights at Berg en Dal in December, in which one of the nights I have a bungalow and camp site, and the following night, I cant seem to get a campsite available and even after searching at 8am every morning for the past month, I seem to be failing at it.

So now the question is, is it possible to have a 3 bed bungalow, and pay the additional person rate and 4 people can stay in the bungalow?

I am still booked for the 24th at Satara where I got a bungalow and camp site, and same at Berg en Dal for the 25th but 26th of December is where I have a problem with additional person.

Kind Regards and Thanks in Advance.

Hi Kallis, I am not sure of the situation now, but I had a similar problem a few years back. I could not drive home on the stipulated day and no camp sites were available.

I was allowed to stay with friends in their two bedded bungalow. I had to pay for the night, but they were very accommodating.

I suggest that you send an email so that the extra person can be included in your booking.

We did something similar at the cricket. A third person slept on a camp bed and paid the extra fee.
