Hi

Which tents are the new "Lux Safari Tents", especially the Bush View ones?

We have booked two of these and would like to request two next to each other, but have no idea which numbers to ask for?

Thanks
Rooikat

Dear Rooikat

The new tents are called Luxury Safari Tents. 5 of these Tents have the bush view and 1 has a river view; you can request anyone of them between numbers (1 - 5). The river view one is labelled number 0.

Thanks Lesley.

Are these tents not shown on the camp map or are they old ones with new numbers?

Dear Rooikat

I believe they do not show on the Map, we are in the process of redesigning camp maps, they will be on the new camp maps.

Getting into a bungalow in LS is like trying to get into Fort Knox but perservance sometimes pays out. I kept looking every day and then suddenly there were availabilities for the days I needed. So we are now booked into a BD2U from 14. - 17. 03.17.
Am I right in thinking that these bungalows are semi detached? If so, does any one have a recommendation for a good one? Maybe 75 - 80? Whatever, we can just walk across the grass and maybe see some ellies coming down to the river. Perhaps we can change to a BD3U later. I'll keep an eye out.

Please can somebody tell me if there is actually DSTV in the new Luxury tents. It originally stated that there is TV on the accommodation information page and now it doesn't - hopefully sanity prevailed and it was just a mistake. There is no ways I will stay in a tent if there is any possibility of a neighbor having TV so it would be good to know before I make a booking - thanks so mch
